Selection Procedures

In accordance with the Rules laid down by Ministry of Labour & Manpower, Govt. of People's Republic of Bangladesh, the following documents are required from Foreign Employers to enable us to process the matter of selection of Bangladeshi nationals :
1. A Copy of original Visa Advice.
2. A "DEMAND LETTER" in English or both in English & Arabic (Shown in ANNEXURE-A).
3. A "POWER OF ATTORNEY" in English appointing M.M. Consultants Ltd. as their representative in Bangladesh (Shown in ANNEXURE-B).
4. A "CONSULAR LETTER" (in Arabic(Local Language)/English) is to be addressed to the Consular of Employer's country posted in Bangladesh requesting them to assist the "Recruiting Agent" so that M.M. Consultants Ltd. may proceed with the matter to process rapidly and dispatch the workers within short period (Shown in ANNEXURE-C).
5. Agreement between Employers & Employee (Shown in ANNEXURE-D). 6. Agreement between Employers & Recruiting Agent M/S M.M. CONSULTANTS LTD. Recruiting Licence No. RL-970, 36 Purana Paltan Lane, V.I.P Road, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh (Shown in ANNEXURE-E). 7. In the event of Female workers an additional "LETTER OF DECLARATION" from Employers.
